Nicho Conspiracy?

Hey all,

I went to Rope Street and this time it was a greenish blue gray colour and everyone was big
What stunned me was that there was a Nicho there! You couldnt click on it but it was facing back torwards you. It puts on a hat and dissapears leaving the hat
A ninja pet jumps on the hat then.
